About this event

The Robins School of Business invites you to our next C-Suite Conversation, a complimentary series of engaging, educational events for students, alumni, and the greater Richmond business community.

Please join us in welcoming Paige Wilson, founder of Naborforce, to the stage with Dr. Richard Coughlan for a candid and unscripted conversation.

Paige Wilson is one of Richmond’s most fascinating entrepreneurial success stories. Launched in 2018, the firm has scaled rapidly and recently closed a $9M round of Series A financing. After a very successful career in finance and banking, Wilson pivoted to entrepreneurship to meet an important need in the community.

Utilizing a tech-enabled platform, Naborforce connects older adults to a network of “Nabors” for social engagement and on-demand support with errands, transportation and help around the home. Learn how Wilson spotted an opportunity to provide services for older adults that may not need an aide or nurse but could benefit from light assistance and social connection. By providing “backup sons and daughters” Naborforce is also relieving pressure from stressed and sandwiched family caregivers, often enabling them to remain in the workforce.

We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to visit our beautiful campus and network with leaders from across the region.
